hey guys! it's me again. anyways, i randomly got back into aj (even though i'm presumably older than their target demographic by this point whoops) and i've made another blog: https://jamaajaunts.blogspot.com 

it's not gonna be for daily updates and will more be for memories, random experiences i have on the game, and sharing stories and stuff. i will occasionally dedicate posts to very noteworthy updates or rare item mondays, but other than that, it'll be more about aj's community as opposed to what's new on there. posts will be sporadic but hopefully won't be months apart. :)

hello again!

hey there!! it's dark (AKA bubblekittens789). i randomly just remembered that this blog existed and wanted to check it out again. i've grown out of aj and therefore rarely go on it anymore (and when i do, it's to briefly check stuff), but i just wanted to say hi! i'm not sure if anyone will see this, but if someone is viewing this rn, you're cool and i hope you have a nice day.

it's kinda fun to see older posts from like 5-6 years ago and get a glimpse of how i was back then. it even makes me a lil nostalgic -- while i consider myself a bit too old for aj now (and it REALLY doesn't help that they ask "my parents" to do stuff for me such as activating an account or renewing my membership and that practically anything you say gets censored now), i had a ton of fun times on there and became friends with a bunch of super cool people. i've lost contact with the majority of them throughout the years, but i still cherish lots of those friendships. i'll definitely never forget inviting people to random fun parties in my den before official aj parties became a thing (and even after they did!), getting to meet people who were my idols at the time (such as wando20 AKA pangaea), and making fun of weird updates and items that aj came out with. seeing this blog also reminds me of the days before aj vlogs/videos became a huge thing when aj blogs were really common and all the aj bloggers kinda had this tight-knit community going.

it's also pretty funny to see me from 3-4 years ago being all "BLEHHH MY OLD 2013 SELF WAS SO WEIRD EWW". i mean, yeah, i was younger and really naive back then, but honestly i wouldn't say that i was too cringy. dark-from-2015's just being edgy haha.

i feel like a ghost these days

most of my buddies either have quit, made a new account, or are just less active then they used to be now, and i keep remembering all the good times from 2011-very early 2014

i feel sad to think about that

and to think about how many good friends i lost after i switched accounts from DarkBunneh to BubbleKittens789 back in 2012, like RainbowRider. (To RainbowRider if you just so happen to be reading this- I'm sorry that I randomly switched accounts and stopped talking to you. I really wish I could make things right, but time travel is impossible and probably will never be reality.)

5 Rather Unknown AJ Facts

1. There once were worns that were Irish green (not the pale green-grey coloured worn, think of leaves from a lush forest) back in 2011 and early-ish 2012. Only 1-2 of them were known to exist and many people didn't know about them. 

By November 2012, when nonmember rares first became prizes that you could get if you reached the very top in Sky High, they were forgotten and unheard of

by now i don't know if any proof is left (pretty sure the blogs that had posts about them were deleted) so feel free to think this is fake. pretty sure everyone has forgotten about them

2. Freedom wings and helmets were once one of the rarest items on the entire game. If you started playing sometime between 2010 and mid-2012, I'm sure you'd know this. Only about 3 pairs of Freedom Wings were known to exist at the time, due to the fact they were only in Jam Mart Clothing for a few days after the game's release. After November 2012, when they were available as Sky High prizes, they became very common.

Re-Opening Blog

Hey guys, it's Dark. I've decided I might re-open this blog because I suddenly started looking at some other people's Animal Jam blogs and got memories from when I did that myself. 

If I do start blogging again, I'll have more detailed posts, unless I'm in a rush or something. I'll also make sure to post something every day, unless I'm grounded or on vacation. I'll tell you guys ahead of time, though. I'm pretty sure nobody reads this blog anymore due to inactivity, but I'll still make posts in case one person still reads this and finds it helpful.

I'll also be editing the background, font, e.t.c., and adding new pages. And I'm sorry, but the snowman story contest is, well, much too late to enter. I'll post more contests once the blog is officially re-opened.

A few things will stay, such as some of the gadgets and definitely the the title. I still want to save some of this blog's memories, and also kinda the memories of my blog I had before that. (Early 2012-Summer 2012) It had the same title, but when I got back to blogging, (December 2012) I didn't like how messy the blog was, and plus, I disliked almost everything about the layout and design that it seemed that it couldn't be fixed. (I had also switched accounts from DarkBunneh to BubbleKittens789, but that's not the point) So I created a new blog, same title, but different design, background, e.t.c., which is this blog. I was inspired to recreate my old blog by some old friends, who started talking about their new (Well, at the time they were new.) blogs. I suddenly got an idea that I should start doing it again, as I was more mature than I was before (I'm even MORE mature than that now) and I missed it.

Okay, let's get to the point here.

I'd like to welcome you guys to the soon-to-be new and improved Animal Jam Waters! ^^

Freedom Party

                       Hey Jammers! Today I got to go to the Freedom Party!

This year it seems like they're putting the hats in Jam Mart Clothing, though. The Freedom Cat Hat
and Freedom Bunny Hat are already there. For the next few days, AJ is probably going to put all
of them in there.

Also, I know that this won't help stop it, but I'm getting annoyed by people asking "OMG
WHAT FOR SPIKE" or "WHAT FOR YOUR FREEDOM WINGS". I know that this
won't help stop people from asking, but at least it may help out A LITTLE. (Maybe
not even that much D:)

Green Painted Pots (I'm back!)

Hello Jammers! I am back from my birthday vacation, and I can't make that late AJ
birthday party. Sorry, I got back on Tuesday, and took a break from blogging
for a few days. It's a good thing that I actually came back to blogging this time.

Anyways, Today's new item is an item I remember from long ago, which is the green
painted pot! It is sold in Jam Mart Furniture! (In 2011, it was in a shop in Coral
Canyons, and it was called Coral Corners.)
                         
                  Also, I might be adding new widget/gadgets to this blog!
